we received another email from the peace corps today. this outlined us on a little more info for PST (pre-service training). i can't say for certain, but it seems as though the PC loves acronyms. they're throwing them around like crazy theses days. PCV, RPCV, COS, PST, VAD, g81, and so on. if we ever get lost in the PC abbreviated-lingo, and as a result lose U, we apologize. Oh and:
